Return Window

You have 30 days from the shipping date to return items.

Eligible Items

• Returnable: Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.
• Final Sale: Sale items, custom items, intimates, and swimwear.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at shop.rfb@outlook.com with "RETURN" in the subject line; within 30 days.
2. Include your order number and pictures of the item(s) you wish to return.
3. We'll send you return instructions.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 3 days with a photo of the issue. We’ll resolve it for you!

Refund Options

You can choose:

• Store credit (Radiant Faith E-Gift Card)
• An exchange for a different product

Important Notes

• We’re not responsible for damages from improper care or incorrect sizing. Please check size charts before ordering.
• Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor settings.
